BENDER, J.:

¶ 1 Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company appeals from the order that granted Elizabeth Rudloffs (Appellee) Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award, which award was $77,500 for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits in Appellee’s favor and against Nationwide. The order also denied Nationwide’s Petition to Vacate and/or Modify the Award. Nationwide claims that the trial court erred in determining that the household exclusion in its insurance policy was void as against the public policy of this Commonwealth.
