McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Willie McCurry appeals from a judgment of the district court granting appellees’ motion for partial summary judgment and dismissing with prejudice appellant’s entire § 1983 civil rights complaint. 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Appellant was convicted of illegal possession and assault with intent to kill in state court proceedings. Subsequently, appellant filed a § 1983 action alleging violation of his constitutional rights in connection with his arrest and naming as defendants two individual police officers, “unknown police officers,” and the City of St. Louis Police Department.…
