MEMORANDUM ***

' Carl West (“West”) appeals multiple district court orders either dismissing his claims with prejudice or entering judgment against him. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm. 1

1. To the extent West argues that the district court erred in dismissing his Bivens (Count II) and state-law malicious prosecution (Count IV) claims against Joe Gordwin (“Gordwin”), that argument is waived.
