In this real property dispute, plaintiff, Abril' Meadows Homeowner's Association (HOA), appeals, and defendants, property owners Jaime A. and Sharon F. Castro, cross-appeal, the trial court's judgment holding that the Castrog violated the HOA's declaration, 'ordering them to pay the HOA a reduced fine of $100, and dismissing the HOA's six other claims against them.
