In this land use dispute, plaintiffs, R. James and Margarete T. Giguere; Dr. Fielding and Flossie Fromberg; Fromberg Family 1999 Trust; Dr. Victor E. and N. Ann Pollak; Harlow and Jerre Sprouse; and St. Anton Condominium Association, appeal and defendant, SJS Family Enterprises, Ltd., cross-appeals the trial court's order enjoining any construction outside of the original building envelope on Lot 2A, owned by defendant.
