THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Defendant, Crown Liquors of Broward, Inc.’s (“Crown[’s]”) Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law (“Motion”) [ECF No’. 77], filed July 13, 20l2. A jury trial was held in this matter over four days between July 2 and 6, 2012, on Plaintiff, M.
