Defendant was convicted on two counts of first degree kidnapping, ORS 163.235, one count of first degree sexual penetration with a foreign object, ORS 163.411, three counts of first degree rape, ORS 163.375, three counts of third degree rape, ORS 163.355, and one count each of first degree sodomy, ORS 163.045, third degree sodomy, ORS 163.385, and first degree sexual abuse.
