The action by The Western Finance and Development Company, as plaintiff, is to recover of the only defendant named in the complaint, the Service Truck Sales Company, a second-hand truck. Angeline Fisher was admittedly the owner of this truck, which she had left at defendant’s gar*123age for storage, paying therefor at the rate of $4.00 per month.
