|,In this medical-malpractice case, a gastric biopsy specimen taken from Sheila Myers was contaminated with tissue from an unknown male who had mantle-cell lymphoma, resulting in Sheila receiving the mantle-cell diagnosis and having further procedures that were later determined to be unnecessary.
