OPINION
YOCK, Judge.
This civil pay case involves claims for overtime pay and for restoration of annual leave. The case comes before the Court on the plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment and the defendant’s cross-motion for summary judgment. For the reasons discussed below, the parties’ motions for summary judgment are denied as to the plaintiff’s overtime claim. However, the plaintiff’s claim for reinstatement of annual leave is transferred back to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for appropriate future proceedings since it is determined that this Court…
