The complaint in this action alleges that the appellant is the owner in fee of lot 2, block 42, of Terry’s Second Addition to the city of Seattle, situated at the southwest corner of Seventh avenue and Alder street, said lot being 60 feet wide and 120 feet long, and distant easterly from Yesler Way (a public street) about 130 feet at its southwest corner, and about 175 feet at its northwest corner, said block 42 being fractional, and bounded southwesterly by Yesler Way, which runs diagonally through it.
