KELLY, Circuit Judge.
Tyson Trotter was convicted by a jury of a conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court 1 sentenced Trotter to the statutory mandatory minimum sentence of twenty years’ imprisonment, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(A). On appeal, Trotter asserts the district court erred in allowing testimony at trial regarding text messages in violation of the best evidence rule.
