This is a personal injury suit in which plaintiff, a passenger on a street car when injured, recovered a judgment in a jury trial in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars against the defendant street car company, appellant, for injuries received in and by reason of a collision of a street car in which he was riding with a large truck owned and operated by the A. Morgan Hauling Express Company, called herein the Morgan Company. That company was also made a party defendant, but it won out before the jury.
