Action under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence. The injuries complained of were received on August 10, 1923, near Reger, Sullivan County, Missouri, while plaintiff, pursuant to his employment by defendant, was working as a bridge carpenter.
