Robert M. Lamothe and Ronald D. Jones appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Robinson L. Crosby and Juan Croucier, and Atlantic Recording Corp., Marshall Berle, Time Coast Music, Ratt Music, Chappell Music Co., Rightsong Music, Inc., Stephen Pear-cy, Warren de Martini, Robert Blotzer, and WEA International, Inc.
