Doris Slaaten appeals from the district court’s dismissal of her suit against the United States for conversion of oil and gas royalty payments. The district court held that Slaaten’s suit was barred by the Federal Tort Claims Act two-year statute of limitations. 28 U.S.C.A. § 2401(b) (Supp. 1992).
