The complaint avers, in substance, that defendant occupies an office in the city of Portland, Oregon, advertises himself as a naturopath and gives treatment to patients as such naturopath.

On and prior to May 15, 1926, plaintiff was suffering from a physical disorder, having trouble with the regularity of her menses.
