This appeal arises from an action for personal injuries assertedly caused by the professional malpractice of a chiropractor. The issues raised call for our consideration of the nature and extent of the professional duty of care that a chiropractor owes to a patient as to matters that in some respects fall outside the scope of chiropractic practice.
