This is an action to recover on a promissory note, and was commenced in the superior court oJ Creek county by the filing of a petition and issuance of summons on July 19, 1922. Eater the case' was transferred to the district court of that county. A trial was had on the issues arising, and a verdict rendered and judgment entered in favo;r of the defendants on December 10, 1924. Motion for new trial was duly filed, which motion was presented and overruled on March 10, 1927. Petition in error with cas'e-made attached was filed in this court on September 16, 1927.
