This is an appeal on questions of law and fact. The action filed in the trial court was one in replevin seeking ■immediate possession of a 1959 Chrysler automobile which the defendant, Kozoil, had purchased from N. J. Popovic, Inc. The plaintiff claimed the right to possession by the terms of a (wholesale) chattel mortgage (including other automobiles) executed by or for Popovic to the plaintiff and by reason of its possession of the manufacturer’s certificate or statement of origin, made out in the name of N.
