The action in the Court of Common Pleas was brought by the plaintiffs, appellees herein, John J. Davis and Mary Davis, against Commercial Credit Corporation, H. S. Black, William J. Ross and Arthur W. Cox. No service of summons was had upon the defendants Black and Ross and the fair inference is that they “fled the realm.” and could not be found. The defendant Cox was the local office manager of the defendant Commercial Credit Corporation. The verdict of the jury was against the corporation in the sum of $700, and there was no finding made as to the defendant Cox. Prom the judgment entered…
