This is a petition for a writ of prohibition to restrain the grand jury and the prosecuting officers of Sacramento County from obtaining possession by subpoena or otherwise of copies of petitioner’s income tax statements for the years 1935, 1936 and 1937, and from compelling a disclosure of the contents thereof, the originals of which are filed with the state and federal governments for taxation purposes.
