JENKINS, J.(1) On February 27, 1908, and prior thereto, the International & Great Northern Railroad Company was incorporated under the laws of Texas, and owned and operated about 1,100 miles of railway through various counties of Texas, including Travis county.(2)On said date, and prior thereto, the National Bank of Commerce of St. Louis was a banking corporation , under the national banking laws of the United States.(3) Prior to January 13, 1908, the International & Great Northern Railroad Company had applied to said bank for a loan of $150,-000.
