The plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the defendants, Michael Goepfert and his attorney, Neil Johnson, rendered in accordance with the report of an attorney factfinder. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) referred these matters to an attorney factfinder, (2) denied his right to a trial by jury, (3) rendered judgment because the evidence was insufficient to support a judgment for the defendants, and (4) rendered judgment without the benefit of the transcript from the proceedings before the attorney factfinder.
