This action was instituted on behalf of the People of the State of New York by the Attorney-General pursuant to *48tlie„_authority of article 23-A of the General Business Law, commonly known and hereinafter referred to as the Martin Act. ' The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief against the defendants herein, prohibiting them from selling securities in the State of New York, and the appointment of a permanent receiver for the defendant corporations.
