HILTON, Justice.

Plaintiffs had a verdict for $700. Defendant’s alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial Avas denied. Judgment Avas entered, and this appeal taken therefrom.

On August é, 1930, defendant issued to plaintiffs its policy of insurance known as “Employers’ Public Liability Policy — Contractors’ Form.” On November 3, 1930, employes of plaintiffs Avere operating two of plaintiffs’ trucks, one behind and fastened to the other.
