BELL, District Judge.
This is an action by the Youghiogheny and Ohio Coal Company as plaintiff against the Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, Limited as defendant, to secure reimbursement from the defendant for the amount paid in settlement of a personal injury acti'on, together with the attorneys’ fees and costs imposed upon the plaintiff by virtue of its defense of the case after defendant refused defense on the ground ■of no coverage.
