¶ 1 Petitioner, George Ochoa, was convicted by a jury of two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of First Degree Burglary in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CF 1993-4302. He was sentenced to death for both murders and to twenty (20) years imprisonment for burglary.
