MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Presently before the Court is a Motion by Defendant American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (“Defendant”) to Dismiss portions of the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiffs Parveen A. Lai and Jodi L. Wright (“Plaintiffs”) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). 1 For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is granted.
