This is a suit in the nature of a quo warranto proceedings instituted under Code Section 9336 et seq. in Chancery Court by the District Attorney General upon relation of Ernest Bryant, a resident and qualified voter of the town of Cleveland in Bradley County. The defendant is J. L. Maxwell of said county and town.
