Plaintiff, Pauline Evelyn Ruff, guardian ad litem of her two minor sons, brought two separate actions to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minors in a collision between an automobile, in which the plaintiff and three members of her family were riding, and a truck owned by a corporation and operated at the time by its employee. The owner, the employee, and the latter’s wife were all made defendants in both actions. The two causes were consolidated for trial.
