The plaintiff, Frederick Carrozza Sr. (plaintiff or Frederick Sr.), appeals from a Superior Court judgment in favor of the defendants, Samuel P. Carrozza (Samuel), Ellen Carrozza (Ellen), 1 and Chevron Investors, LLC (Chevron) (collectively defendants). The trial justice first determined that certain deeds executed by the plaintiff and his mother, Edith Carrozza (Edith), were valid and then denied the plaintiffs adverse possession claim.
