This is an action to quiet title to a tract of land in Morton County. The Trial Court found the title to be in Marian Sturn as executrix of the estate of Stephen Sturn. The plaintiffs claim title through a conveyance from Morton County which acquired its title through tax deed proceedings. The case is before us upon a meager record consisting of the judgment roll in which appear the pleadings, findings of fact, conclusions of law, order for judgment, and judgment.
