This case is here for trial de novo of all the issues pursuant to an appeal by defendants. Plaintiff, claiming to be the owner in fee, brought this action in statutory form to determine adverse claims. Defendants, Valeria R. Myers and William ■H. Beck, answered separately, each claiming title under certain tax deeds and liens under tax-sale certificates.
