HOWE, Associate Chief Justice:

Plaintiff Lee Ann Hodgson appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her wrongful discharge action against her former employer, Bunzl Utah, Inc., and Bunzl manager Carl A. Kruse.

Bunzl hired Hodgson as a bookkeeper in January 1986. Prior thereto, Terry Frank, Bunzl’s manager, interviewed her and explained that the employment offered would be at will. Frank added that the company followed disciplinary procedures to give employees a chance to correct deficiencies.
