This is an appeal from an order of the Honorable George R. Child-ers, judge of the district court of Push-mataha county, Okla., vacating a temporary injunction theretofore granted; and from an order entered incidentally to the hearing of the motion to dissolve the injunction, wherein the judge refused to disqualify in the matter to be heard.
