T1 The issue is whether the trial judge abused his discretion when he refused to recuse himself in this divorce case after he voluntarily recused himself sua sponte in another case pending before him in which defendant's new wife sought a protective order against plaintiff, We find that the trial judge abused his discretion by refusing to recuse himself in this case.
