MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an action by pro se plaintiff Engram M. Bellamy pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violation of his Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights against three City of Waynesboro, Virginia police officers, Alyssa C. Wells, Brent Uzdanovics, and Doug Davis for initiating and surreptitiously recording conversations with him while he was in custody on an indictment for rape.
