Pending before the Court is Petitioner Walter Blair’s motion to disqualify the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Missouri from representing the Respondents in this federal habeas corpus action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Blair challenges the constitutionality of his conviction on capital murder and subsequently imposed death sentence.
