MANFORD, Judge.
This is a civil action seeking damages for legal malpractice. A judgment of dismissal was entered and this appeal was presented. The judgment is affirmed.
Appellant is a prisoner with the Missouri Department of Corrections after his jury conviction for burglary, second degree, and upon his being sentenced as a persistent offender. He presents his claim of legal malpractice pro se.
