IT IS ORDERED:

1. This appeal involves a workers’ compensation recipient’s claim for reimbursement of his medical bills relating to his back surgery. John Kaiser filed a complaint with the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board disputing his insurance carrier’s controversion of any medical benefits related to his surgery.
