Appellants Betty and Clennis Besst are appealing the decision of the Morgan County Court of Common Pleas that granted summary judgment on behalf of Appellee Morgan County Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber of Commerce"), Appellee Zann's Family Restaurant ("Zann's"), The Howard House Restaurant, and Steve and Deborah Hann.
