MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Rodney Owens, brings this action alleging that he was discharged from his employment as a dialysis machine repair technician in violation of public policy after he “objected and refused to participate in the falsification of maintenance records.” First Amended Complaint (“Compl.”) ¶ 1.
