Keystone Coca-Cola Bottling Corporation (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that reversed the decision of a referee denying benefits to William D. Williams, the representative Claimant and member of Teamster’s Local # 401 (Union). Benefits were denied by the referee under the work stoppage provisions of Section 402(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5,1936, Second Ex.Sess., P.L.
