This is an application for review of a decision and judgment sustaining the appraised values of certain imported novelty items. 59 Cust. Ct. 627, R.D. 11349, rehearing denied October 16, 1967.

The merchandise in issue was exported from Japan during the period between June 30, 1960 and September 10, 1963, and is covered by 35 appeals for reappraisement consolidated for purposes of trial.
