BAKER, Judge.
This case concerns questions of the interrelationship of state law and bankruptcy law, and the proper methods, under Indiana law, for obtaining a lien on real estate where the real estate has been conveyed to a third party, the creditor obtains a money judgment against the transferor/debtor and brings an action for fraudulent conveyance, and the transferor/debtor then files for bankruptcy.
