MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

COSBEY, United States Magistrate Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

In this diversity action, 1 Plaintiff Glen-tel, Inc., alleges that Defendant Wireless Ventures, LLC, is liable as a successor to CTA, LLC, for a $242,266.92 judgment which Glentel obtained against CTA on April 16, 2004. (CompLIffl 12, 22.)
