Inspection of the complaint shows that the last stock purchased in the defendant company by the -plaintiff was on January 21, 1909. By sec. 4206, Stats., it *235is provided that civd actions can only be commenced within the period prescribed by ch. 177, Stats. Sec. 4222 of ch. 177 provides that an action to recover damages for an injury to property, real or personal, or for an injury to the person, character, or rights of another, not arising on contract, may be begun within six years, except an action for relief on the ground of fraud…
