Appeal from a judgment of the superior court of Milwaukee county: J. 0. Ludwig, Judge. Appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiff’s complaint, in an action against the trustees and heirs of the estate of Harrison Ludington, deceased, to rescind, on the ground of fraud, a contract whereby the plaintiff, his widow, surrendered her legal rights in such estate, and to recover the damages she sustained by being induced, as alleged, to enter into such contract.
