I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Gary W. Lapine (hereinafter “Lapine” or “plaintiff’), brings claims under the Veterans’ Reemployment Rights Act, 38 U.S.C. §§ 4301-4306, (VRRA) against defendant Town of Wellesley (hereinafter, “the Town” or “defendant”).
